The office of Melinda Wells, O.D. promises to hold all information, both medical and personal identification , private. The information that you provide will only be used to help provide in your care and to aid us in dealing with your insurance carrier. Should your health require a referral we promise to only share your information with a health care provider with your consent.

We will, with your approval, make use of your e-mail address to confirm appointments and inform you when your eyeglasses or contact lenses are ready.
